Together, they might just be able to help Emilie be released from the mansion and from world of the living.

Author Sheri Sinykin has written a sensitive, provocative tale of an adolescent who learns to accept uncertainty and comes to terms with fears. Readers will be mesmerized by the gripping supernatural mystery that lies at the heart of the story.

Davia A. Peters, just one girl of 11 years old whose fear is great; possibly losing the loved ones. Davia's mother, Katherine got really sick with a cancer, same with her great-aunt Mari. Davia was just learning of how to overcome her major fear, until out of the nowhere, she had met one ghost, a French girl, Emilie LeBlanc who died in 1853. Davia, as in she thought it was impossible to see Emilie when Emilie was over 230 years old. This book has suspense, mystery, but also very sad book. I would recommend this to people who love suspense and mystery! - Happy Reading!
