This story is about a boy named James who was sent to live with his mean aunts after his parents were killed in an accident. With nothing but a pair of pajamas and his toothbrush, poor James is sent to do chores when he gets to his aunts' house. He wishes for a better life and is gifted magic crystals. He spills them near the old peach tree. The next day it starts to grow! That's when the adventure begins. He meets the ladybug, centipede, earthworm, silkworm, and the grasshopper. I recommend this book to people who like adventure. Happy Reading!

I like this book soo much! I read it several times and I loved it. It was about a boy named James, who was sent to live with his mean aunts. One day, an old man gave him magic beans, but James accidently spilled it. There came a GIANT peach and when Jsmes went inside, he found large bugs who are friendly. This book is funny and exciting. I recomend this book to 6 to 10 years old.

I think I might like the movie better but I like this book too lol

I decided to read this book because I was bored and in need of a book to keep me occupied. I love Roald Dahl! His books are so imaginative and each one has a great story, like Matilda! Or The Witches! So far I'm really liking it at I'm almost finished! Each characters' personality is so interesting like the centipede or the Spider or the earth worm!

Great book Great book

Very interesting đź‘Ś

Hi, I just finished this book it's very cool and engaging. My fav part is when the peach turns into a place for all of the kids to hang out. Also I think aunt Spiker and aunt Sponge are mean and just jealous of James mother. Which btw she died. But over all the book was fun and funny . đź‘Ť
