It was awemoe
I thought this book was great but the only thing I didn't like about it was that it was all letters to people. But otherwise I liked the hole book. It was really short. My favorite person in this book is Mr.Grumply because he has a lot of stubbornness. I like when the chandler fell on him it was funny. I liked this book you should read it.
The chandelier incident WAS pretty funny.
I absolutely loved the book Dying to meet you. It is about an author who has not written a book in 10 years. he meets a ghost that helps him write the book.
This was an entertaining book for relaxation after a long day. It's a short book, it too, me only a day to finish it, but worth it. It starts when grumpy wrriter who hasn't written a book in 20 years, Ignatius B. Grumply moves in to an 32 and a half room mansion in hopes finishing his book,in peace an quiet without ghosts or cats or pianos of children. But when he learns he is to take care of a 11-year old boy and his cat, he is angered. The boy is making things up and Grumply isn't pleased. But when Grumply learns the truth of the old house, he will learn to change his ways.....unless the wind changes suddenly. Filled with humor and ghosts, this is a good easy read to enjoy when you have time.
When Olive C. Spence was about to leave i thought everything was going downhill. Olive haunts Spence Mansion and does it well. She is my favorite character because she is funny. She shows Iggy that he doesn't have to be so miserable. Even though Olive didn't want Iggy in Spence Mansion, she did the right thing, and helped Iggy publish a new book!! (;
My favorite character in this book was Olive C. Spence. I liked her because if she got mad she would do something mean. But if she hurt him she would fix it. In the book she helped Iggy write his book. When she was about to leave they stopped her and made her stay. I really really really liked this book!!! (:
This was a very enjoyable book. Even though it's about a ghost, it's not scary at all. I like how it is written in letters, because that makes it different from a lot of other books. This is the first book in the series, and so basically it introduces all the characters and sets it up for the next book.
I have always loved Kate Klise and Sarah Kilse's books and this is one of the best. It is the first book on the 43 Old Cemetery Road series, and one of the best. Like all their books, it is told in letters and pictures and transcripts and newspaper clippings. It starts out with an old author who is looking for a quiet place for the summer to crack a case of writers block. Instead he gets a creaky and leaky old mansion with a young boy and a cat. But little does the author know that there is a ghost living in the mansion. It is a quick read but a spectacular book. And it isn't scary at all!
After reading the Regarding the... series, I was excited to see the Klise sisters come out with another series. Their books are so different than every other book because they use letters and newspapers to tell a story. It is really fun to read these books because there is so much text, and pictures. The one problem that i have with the books is that they are way too short! In this book you get to meet Grumply, Olive, and Seymor (and Shadow!) and see their crazy lives. You learn a lot about ghosts, and you'll be dying to read the next book.
