Alex and Conner are twins, and are the main characters of the series. This is my favorite series, and it's the best series in the world.

Conner and Alex Bailey's world is about to change... Twins Conner and Alex Bailey get a magical fairy-tale book for the twelfth birthday. When the twins accidentally fall into it and end up in The Land Of Stories, where Fairy Tales are real. They meet many characters from stories they have read in their childhood. Red Riding Hood, Jack from "Jack and the beanstalk", Goldilocks, and the royal families. The twins figure out that they can return home with a powerful spell called "The Wishing Spell". You need specific items for this spell, so the twins take a journey to find the items, even though everyone who had tried it, failed and died. Can the twins find a way to get back home? Will they be stuck in the Land Of Stories forever? Read this book to find out!

This was terrible, it was a good book, with a good plot, but it was executed terribly, it was painful to read, and I will not be reading his follow-up books, please don't read the book it was excruciating to have to read.

This book was good, it had a good plot, but is very poorly executed, It was painful to read and I hate the fact that people probably only read the books for its author, please don't read this, it made me never want to read the following books.

This book was SOOO good! So Alex and Conner Bailey have been trying to get over their father's death. The whole family was hit hard. But one day that changes on their 12th birthday. They inherited the big book of stories: The land of stories, storybook and they get sucked into the stories! They now have to get back to home and they meet some new friends. I give this book 5 stars.

This is an amazing series! I can't tell you how much excitement this is and so many cliffhangers! YALL should read this book and the rest of the series! I can't put these books down!

This is truly the best series I've ever read, and I can't recommend this book enough!

Alex and Connor fall into the land of stories, where all the fairytales they read are real, evil like bad.. to go back to the human world, they have to collect magical items from fairytales, but there of course are evils that try to stop them... This was a great book, and it made me want to learn more about fairytales.

I loved this book! So, Conner and Alex’s dad died in a car crash one day. Things have never been the same. For their 13th birthday their grandma gives them the book called the land of stories. They discover that they can enter the book and they have to make the wishing spell to get out. I rate this book 5 stars. Chris Colfer does a wonderful job.

This book was so good that me and my friends are doing a play on it! hope it's well!
