A perfect murder
A faceless witness
A lone courtroom champion knows the whole truth . . . and he’s only thirteen years old
Meet Theodore Boone

In the small city of Strattenburg, there are many lawyers, and though he’s only thirteen years old, Theo Boone thinks he’s one of them. Theo knows every judge, policeman, court clerk—and a lot about the law. He dreams of being a great trial lawyer, of a life in the courtroom.

But Theo finds himself in court much sooner than expected. Because he knows so much—maybe too much—he is suddenly dragged into the middle of a sensational murder trial. A cold-blooded killer is about to go free, and only Theo knows the truth.

The stakes are high, but Theo won’t stop until justice is served.

Brimming with the intrigue and suspense that made John Grisham a #1 international bestseller and the undisputed master of the legal thriller, Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer will keep readers guessing and pages turning.

A good book. It tells the Theodore Boone, a teen who is inspired to become a lawyer, and his affect on a city murder trial.

This book answered a lot of my questions about legal (and illegal) matters. John Grisham has also made the book "kid-friendly", but you can tell that he is trying to show flaws in laws and the unfair situations there sometimes is.

This is a great books for kid who enjoy suspense and who love to read law books. This book is about a kid who loves the law and wants to become a lawyer, how the law works and how a kid who has passion about the law helps the citizens.

The great murder mystery of this book comes to an abrupt stop when an illegal immigrant shows up and says that he witnessed the crime. This mystery is awesome! Want to know what happens next? Then read the book!

What will happen when a murder occurs and there is a witness that could change the verdict, but the witness is an illegal immigrant in the USA.

One thing that the review doesn't say, is that Theodore Boone always keeps switching his mind about being a great trial lawyer, or being a great judge, who can come into the courtroom with his flowing black robe.

I really liked this book. It made me feel that you can be whoever you want to be. I think that's a very good idea that we should all know.

I read this first book and was like: I am so addicted to this series! I love all of the other books in the series all though this one mystery keeps on going on and on and along the way John Grisham sprinkles little mysteries along the way.

Written by John Grisham, this novel is a thrilling sequence filled with witnessed mystery and breath-taking thrills. It pulls out a colossal court dilemma, along with a mystery trial on court. The only person there to save it is an illegal immigrant living in the U.S. But with Theo's help, they try to figure out a possible way to not only save the court- but save the immigration process.

You describe this book perfectly!

I loved this book very much, from it's witnessed murder to the priceless mystery. The twists and surprises force you to turn the page. John Grisham pulls out feelings of fairness in law and the thrills of unwanted events. It explains the troubles with one terrible case, and one terrible problem. I highly recommend this book to mystery fans and suspense lovers. Five stars for this priceless book!
