Well,I think it's both tacky and justified. The tacky bit is the ADULTS about to take an issue of 25 dollars and a child's birthday party to court. Also,the child who didn't attends parents might not have had the paper with them. The justified part is that they should pay. It's only fair.Almost 10 years agoetfantastic added a book review.
