Quick question: Where are the houses? Are they located on the "pedestrian layer" or the "service layer?" Also, wouldn't it be a tiny bit depressing to live most of your life underground with only artificial light sources? I always hate it when it's really cloudy and I only have artificial light.

I absolutely loved this book. It is amazing; J.K. Rowling is such a good author. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good coming-of-age adventure-type series. Just don't stay up until midnight reading it (wink).

Yeah, they are! Well, sometimes the real big ones can be pretty weird looking (my brother accidentally trapped one while he was trying to catch a racoon or fox, but I believe he let it out of the trap. It was a live animal trap.) But the baby ones are super adorable except for when they are really little and they don't move around much and there eyes are closed. We found a baby one that fell from a tree at a park once, and we put it back, but it was in pretty rough shape. It was so little that it's eyes weren't opened yet.
