You all just need to chill, honestly! Cats have a tendency of wandering off to explore or to find a mate, then return to their home. Willow must have gone far before realizing she was lost. Besides, God was watching over her. I love cats too! See, the problem with that is that we've attacked a lot of countries before. We keep sticking our noses in other people's business. The US doesn't really know how big ISIS is or who's funding them. They're more organized but they're still scattered in different places. Even if we attack them, we'd have to send people in and we'd have to be consistent.
