What do Lil Bub, Princess Monster Truck, and Venus the Two-Faced Cat have in common with tigers? They are all kittycats! That is why when Greenpeace was looking for a way to spread the word about the rapidly dwindling population of tigers in the wild, they turned to these celebrities for assistance.

The environmental organization's 'Cats saves Tigers' campaign was launched on July 29th, to coincide with International Tiger Day, and features the 'biggest' online cats making a valiant attempt to save the largest wild cats, in their own unique way. Lil Bub, was brave enough to make her plea while posing next to a real tiger, while Captain Pancake dressed up as one, to make her case. Then there was Princess Monster Truck, who let out a big roar and Oskar, the blind cat who pledged not to let them disappear, without a fight.

Greenpeace, who requested London-based advertising firm, Mr. President, to create this lighthearted campaign pro bono, said they decided to deviate from their usual, more serious messaging because they wanted to wanted to reach out to the younger audience and ask them to help spread the word through social media. With less than 3,000 of the magnificent animals left in the wild, the tigers need all the help they can get!
